I'm a market researcher.  I've done survey research for about 50 years for the packaged goods business (anything sold in grocery, drug or convenience stores) and in consumer financial services (ie, Amex, Chase bank).

After gettting my MBA at UPenn (Wharton) in '67, I got a job in the research dept of a NY ad agency, Foot Cone & Belding.  I was there until '70, when I went to a large market research comnpany in NYC from '70>'72, where I met my mentor, Russ Haley. Russ started his own company in '72, and in various forms I worked with Russ for 15 years.

In '87, i started my own company, Fuller Research Group (FRG). I did that because my mentor, Russ Haley, gave me the research tools, the confidence and the clients to do it.

FRG conducted strategic market studies, attitudinal segmentation research and tracking studies. FRG morphed into MSI (Market Simulations, Inc), a sales forecasting company, which I ran uintil 2015 -- when I retired.
